This is a book written in very simple
terms to help people understand how to
have and keep a healthy life. I believe
that we are in control of our health destiny,
and in this book I give you dozens of recommendations

your blood pressure and supplementing your
diet with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants
and fish oils that, many times, we do not

are healthy and want to remain healthy,
for people that are overweight and want
to control their weight, as well as for
people that have an illness — by
following my recommendations, they can
have a longer and healthier life. We cannot
avoid aging — the
key is to age healthy and maintain our
wellness. I have given this message of

come to my lectures around the world, and
their personal change has been my source
