This book is for everyone, for people that are healthy and want to remain healthy, for people that are overweight and want to control their weight, as well as for people that have an illness — by following my recommendations, they can have a longer and healthier life. We cannot avoid aging — the key is to age healthy and maintain our wellness. I have given this message of health to thousands of people that have come to my lectures around the world, and their personal change has been my source of inspiration.
